Not mine. Car is in Idaho. Has early clear top radiator overflow tank despite March '70 build. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1970-Buick-...ash=item4b15d229f5:g:AvIAAOSwkShY9-Ur&vxp=mtr
I wonder if its a dealer that has it. Odd car. I wish it was not that color combo. I just don't like that color combo.
You are being too kind! I'll say what you maybe thinking, butt ugly! Turd brown with black top and ugly wheels too! Notice when someone has butt ugly car for sale, touts the originality of it! But has nice interior, so could be salvaged with color change. But then you would violating the "they are only original once" mantra"!
Guy has other cars for sale. Here's what he says in one of his ads: I collect and restore 60"s and 70"s classic and muscle cars. I am not a dealer or reseller flipping cars. Every vehicle I sell is from my own personal collection. When I purchase a classic car we completely go through the vehicle at my 5. 00 sqft shop and make all mechanical or cosmetic repairs necessary to produce the highest quality driver vehicles. I will generally enjoy each classic from one to three years before having to sell to make room for others. It is a very rewarding hobby to find. restore. and drive these great cars. knowing each classic leaves my collection a much better vehicle then when it arrived.
That car looks very much like one I sold to a board member in Portland about 6 years ago. at the time it had cragars on it, I wonder if it's the same car.
Love the colors....absolutely screams seventies... remembered this one: http://bringatrailer.com/2011/01/06/1970-buick-skylark-gs-350/
Benny , I think it's the same car and i'm fairly sure it's the one I used to own. there was a website long ago Stanbrad or something like that and this was the feature car. the car i'm thinking of has had some paint work done on drivers quarter panel and a new top installed. same exact options and interior. note the tailpipes are exactly the same in the pics
pictures of when it was really original and not it's current original. note the odd brown spray paint on passenger rear quarter
It has a 72 350 in it. It came out of my 72 convert when I went to a 455. The car ran and drove nice.
Mike, did you include the original engine when you sold it? if I recall it had a flat cam lobe and some broken pushrods?
