Just thought I would bring this old thread back for another look since the talk about docs mod is being kicked around again. I might of said this before from what I seen doc mod didn't show up big on flow bench but does show up when you are driving your car. I like my doc mod with my 1/2 inch open spacer. It's been a few years but it might be time to start the old nailhead and start messing around with it some more. It's been awhile but Rhett I hope your new fresh engine likes the opened up q-jet intake
We'll know soon enough. I'm headed down there later this morning to work on the valvetrain geometry with Tommy. All thats really left is final head assembly and ordering the correct pushrods. Saw on FB that YOUR motor is coming back together! What intake setup are you going with, and what did your heads flow?
Bob - Did you ever take individual runner readings for my intake (like Gesslers is shown in post # 49)?
