O/T: 73 International - No start in Park, but will turn over in Neutral

    Am I correct in thinking this is a neutral safety switch issue? It appears these trucks have the switch mounted on the transmission, which looks really weird to me. I don't see anything on the column.

    If I am not mistaken Fords had the switch on the side of the trans . 2 small 3/8 head screws. It is slotted to allow some adjustment.

    The switch itself looks like a pressure sensor that just screws into the side of the transmission case.:Do No:

    Sounds like a Chrysler switch. Very common back in the day. My Scout had a Chrysler trans in it. Adam is it a 3 pung switch?

    Yeah John. That does sound like the Mopar switch. It should have a ball on the end that threads into the trans.
