I just talked with Ron this morning. He suffered a heart attack Saturday Night. Luckily, Ron knew the signs that he was having problems being he had bypass surgery over 10 years ago. His wife got him to Stonybrook Hospital where they put a stent in one of his bypasses. Ron is currently in the Cardiovascular Intensive care unit, and he assured me that he is doing well. The visitation policy is here: http://www.stonybrookmedicalcenter.o.../visitinghours Looks like only immediate family is allowed. If that changes, I'll post again. I'm sure we all wish Ron a speedy recovery.
Got scared when I read that....whew...Im glad he's OK. How long do you think they'll keep him? I'll stop by this week with a bucket of KFC for him!
I talked with him this morning. He's in ICU so only immediate family is allowed. I asked Ron to call me when they move him. Not sure how long that will be.
Hope for a speedy recovery. He is in good hands at Stonybrook. I know a couple of surgeons at that hospital, and their vascular and heart teams are VERY good at what they do!
Hey Larry WOW Tell Moon I said hello and get out of Stonybrook and back to Sag.If he needs a laugh tell him I hope he did'nt sell a car to anybody in CICU.Get better Moon!:bla:
I got first dibs on "Grand Nasty"! I hear Dr. Tom, assisted by Nurse Daisy, will be performing an intricate vascular procedure on him today. You're in good hands with those two, so don't worry! Seriously, Ron, get your heart in shape. It's never as funny at an event when you're not around and in full strength! Get well Brutha! :TU:
