Trophies awarded in 12 classes, PLUS 8 "Best Of" & 3 "Peoples Choice" awards. Trophy for largest Car Club attendance. Food & drink concessions available, D.J. music. A big "THANKS":TU: to Doug Connor & his Church group for a very well organized Car Show. This was their 1st. year. Great cars & trucks, good food, NICE Trophies. Had a small rain shower, but wiped the cars down & had a great time. The Houston Buick Club won the "Best Club Participation" Trophy, WAY TO GO GUYS!! Steve Campbell took home 2 trophies with his '66 GS, my '86 T Type won a couple of trophies, Rick Rawls showed up in his daughter`s '66 Mustang convertible, left with 2 trophies. One of these days we`ll see that Wildcat of his again. Doug plans on doing this show again next year a little earlier in the year. Watch for it.
Had a great time. Doug's group did a great job putting on the show. Robert took arm loads of trophies. Looking forward to next year driving the Wildcat and not the Furd. I'll get to park with the big boys then. :Brow: Rick
