Thanks! I get a lot of compliments on it, really changed the look of the car. I was a little apprehensive at first, white wheels just sounded funny, but I think it gives a classy yet slightly aggressive look. And you don't see white steelies often.
The center caps are factory original Buick A body "dog dish" or "poverty caps" as they're known. The wheels are made by wheel vintiques, I had the car scanned by Ohio auto color and paint mixed to match, then sprayed them (base/clear) myself.
General Description wont work, so I'll comment here! This is "Elsa", a 1972 Skylark Custom. It is unrestored with about 80% original paint, all stock numbers matching drivetrain, and very clean/unmolested. Under the hood is all stock aside from a pro6-ten a/c compressor. It is a great driver, smooth, quiet, and straight, and has proven reliability by doing the long haul on the power tour from Ohio to Texas to North Carolina and back home to Ohio (performed by the previous owner).
